The warm welcome from Lisa and Trevor, coupled with the delicious, freshly cooked breakfast, truly made our stay special. The spacious family room was a comfortable retreat after our long days.

We had a fab stay here for 4 nights! Breakfast was delish with a good range, especially loved the full English. The location was awesome, just a quick walk to the beach and shops. Only bummer was the room was a bit cramped, but everything else made up for it.

Consider requesting a room with better water pressure for a more enjoyable shower experience during your stay.

Just a great match for a two-day stay in Skegness with high value for money. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated having a wash basin to use. Make sure to communicate your breakfast preferences early on.

my single room was clean, quiet, and very nice for a short stay. It was only about a 10-minute stroll to both the beach and the colorful Tower Gardens, where I enjoyed a lovely walk among the flowers. the staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my time here comfortable and enjoyable.

An en suite option would certainly enhance privacy when showering!!! The absence of such a facility might deter guests who prefer more personal space !!! Consider improving signage for more clear directions within the property!!!
